Member of the Month:  Cristiano Bautista

Each month the Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside recognizes one young person. This month we highlight Cristiano Bautista, Cunha 8th Grader.

Who voluntarily vacuums his friend’s mess without being asked?! Cristiano does!

His thoughtful and caring nature has impressed the staff. In addition to being a kind friend, this determined young man demonstrates his adaptability and communication skills regularly.

Ambition drives him to be a good shooter in soccer. When he grows up, he wants to be a professional soccer player on his favorite team, Real Madrid. For now, he enjoys playing soccer at the Club with his friends. He is very grateful that most of his friends are Club members!

Before joining the Club, Cristiano typically went home after school and did homework. Now, he plays soccer, visits with friends, and gets better grades!

At the Club, staff helped him improve his grades by helping him better understand the material and stay focused.

Cristiano is very thankful for his family, especially his parents. And if you are hungry, you should know he likes to cook tacos — any kind! — and enjoys eating them, too!
