For rising 10th-12th grade students
Are you a high school student interested in leadership, education, or youth services? The BGCC Leader in Training (LIT) Program is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world skills, gain career experience, and make a positive impact in your community.
Through this program, you’ll build real-world leadership skills by working with younger children in a supportive, motivating environment. You’ll be mentored by experienced BGCC Youth Development Professionals, Site Managers, and Program Directors as you gain valuable experience and confidence.
