The Boys and Girls Club of the Coastside is proud to announce that the BGCC Board elected new Co-Presidents: Betsy del Fierro, owner of It’s Italia Restaurant and Roger Estrella a retired director from Genetech.

Betsy and Roger are interested in sharing leadership because they recognize their unique skill sets naturally complement each other. Since both leaders have significant personal commitments, sharing important duties is also advantageous.

The job responsibilities of the Co-Presidents will be divided according to their areas of expertise. Expanding her previous role as Marketing Chair, Betsy will focus on marketing and fund development. Roger will focus on the strategic plan, finances, and safety which is his area of work expertise.
