Hoop Dreams Basketball Camp (working in conjunction with the HMB Boys and Girls Club) is back again for its 19th summer in HMB! Our focus is the fundamentals! All campers will have daily opportunities to work on: dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, conditioning, rebounding, defense & team strategy. We stress the importance of sportsmanship and a positive attitude. The campers will have daily competitions and games. We look forward to another fantastic summer hoops camp! All campers will receive a 2015 Hoop Dreams tee shirt. Don’t miss out as space is limited to ensure a coach to camper’s ratio of 4-1.Members of the HMB Cougars and the Cunha Cubs will work Hoop Dreams Camp Director Rick Campbell (Cunha Intermediate Head Basketball Coach and Physical Education Instructor), to make this a fun and exciting week of basketball for everyone!! Coastside Volleyball Camp (working in conjunction with the HMB Boys and Girls Club) is back in HMB for its 20th summer. This popular camp will focus heavily on the basic fundamentals such as, bumping, setting, serving, sprawling, and defensive positioning. A major focus will be on attitude, sportsmanship and work ethic. The kids will have the opportunity to fine tune their skills with daily games, drills and competitions. This is sure to be a week full of fun and skill development. Camp Director and Cunha Volleyball Coach Jeanne’ Campbell will have several HMB Cougars working alongside her to assure a coach to camper ratio of 4-1. Don’t miss out, as space is limited.
